I bought this laptop 1 year ago and the performance is very good but the screen broke without suffering any damage, this since the piece that is folded is stuck to the screen which seems very strange, I always bought dell but now I'm disappointed

Just enough RAM to make things not bog, and at times having four CPU vs. two did make a difference. I booted Windows and ran it to the point where the latest BIOS war updated. Then I removed Windows, booted on Fedora 28, reformatted the disk to use the faster performance, and install Linux Fedora fd28 and the cinnamon run in a simple format. It looks right, runs fast. I bought two A9 versions at Christmas, and they are nice, but the screen on the A12 is VASTLY better with more pixels, and a wider angle which looks perfect. The A12 also can use as a table, writing with your finger.

I have experienced the Dell switching off and re-starting in the middle of working with it. It has happened several times but I only just started to record the occasions. In last three days of using it, it has closed down once every day. I had not been using it for long this evening when it closed down and restarted in the middle of my work. Very disappointing.

I still don't understand what was happening for the first week or two when my new Dell laptop would just restart without any type of warning, but it did it about four times. For the past month, I have had no issues of importance and am happy with my purchase. The only small complaint I have right now is that I get a message to update my e-mail but it never works, so I don't worry about it because my e-mail works great. I hope this helps.
